Imagine you open a kebab shop. Your food is delicious, but nobody knows you exist.

What do you do?

  • Maybe you put up a big sign outside your shop. Great—but it only attracts locals walking by.
  • Maybe you start an Instagram page and post mouthwatering photos. Good idea—but is that enough?

This is where marketing comes into play.
Marketing means building a complete strategy—first, finding the right customers, then presenting your product in a way that makes them want it.

A Great Product Isn’t Enough!

I once had a friend who ran a clothing store. He always said:
“I only sell high-quality clothes. I don’t need advertising.”

A year later, his shop closed down. Why?
Because having a great product is NOT enough.

Marketing is like a bridge that connects you to your customers.
Without that bridge, no one will find you—no matter how amazing your product is.

How to Market Effectively?

Here are a few simple but powerful marketing principles:

1. Know Your Customer

You need to understand who your product is for.
If you don’t know your audience, you can’t sell to them.

2. Build Relationships

Marketing isn’t just about advertising—it’s about engagement.
Whether on Instagram, your website, or in person, you need to connect with people.

3. Create Value

Show your customers how your product solves their problem or improves their life.

4. Be Creative

Creativity is everything in marketing.
For example, if you run that kebab shop, offer a free unique drink with every meal to make the experience unforgettable.

There’s a famous saying:

“A good product sells, but good marketing builds a brand.”

Marketing isn’t just about attracting customers today—it’s about creating loyal customers for the future.
