I’m Mehdi Khatiri, and my professional journey started with a simple curiosity about technology. The first time I sat in front of a computer, it felt like stepping into a limitless world. From the very beginning, I was eager to understand how things worked—how to write a program, how to build a website. But what truly captivated me wasn’t just learning how to code; it was figuring out how technology could be used to solve real-world problems.
That curiosity led me to start freelancing—taking on everything from small website design projects to digital marketing consultations. But soon, I realized that working alone wasn’t enough for sustainable growth. I needed to build something bigger, something that went beyond just a job.
The Birth of “Tarahi Online” and the Entrepreneurial Path
That’s how “Tarahi Online“ was born—a platform designed to meet all digital needs of businesses in one place, from graphic and web design to digital marketing, social media management, and SEO. I gathered a small team of creative minds, and we got to work.
The journey was anything but easy—full of challenges, obstacles, and failures. But each one of those failures was a lesson that shaped our path.
Today, “Tarahi Online” has completed over 4,000 successful projects and helped more than 3,000 businesses gain visibility, grow, and establish a professional presence. But for me, it was never just about the numbers. What mattered most was creating a real impact—helping businesses and people grow in meaningful ways.
From Hands-On Experience to the World of Management & Education
Over time, I realized that real growth requires more than just hands-on experience. I needed a deeper understanding of business strategy and management. That’s when I committed to serious learning—completing over 1,000 hours of specialized training in management, branding, and business strategy at Bahar Institute.
That learning journey naturally led me to the world of business consultancy. So far, I have advised over 300 businesses—ranging from startups to large corporations—and helped more than 100 professionals shape and elevate their careers.
Why the “Mikh” Podcast?
So, where did Mikh come from? Honestly, it started with a personal frustration. Every time I read an article or listened to a podcast, I wanted to walk away with something tangible—something I could apply to my work and life right away. But most of the content out there was either full of clichés or too theoretical to be useful.
That’s why I decided to create something real and practical—a podcast that talks about real challenges in business and management, without empty slogans, clichés, or unnecessary complexity.
