My Full Professional Story
There’s a line that always sticks with me:
“I built my own path; I didn’t know where it was going, and I had no map. I just walked, learned, failed, and rebuilt.”
That’s the short version of my journey. Now let me tell you a bit more…
Where it all began: a curious kid and a computer
It all started with a strange love for technology. The day I sat behind a computer for the first time, it felt like a whole new world had opened up.
I dove into HTML. Then came Photoshop. Then video. Then full websites…
Nothing fancy—just small projects for myself, personal experiments, designs only I ever saw. But there was something in it: a hunger to build.
Freelance Days: Real Trial and Error
Around 2006, I stepped into the job market—starting with freelance gigs. I designed websites, made banners, sometimes edited videos. That’s where I learned how to work with clients.
And at the same time, I learned something deeper: A client isn’t just a requester—they’re a person, with fear, pressure, and last-minute decisions. And a consultant isn’t just a doer—they’re someone who lightens the load.
Tarahi Online: First Structure, First Team
By 2014, some of my closest friends and I decided it was time to level up. Tarahi Online was born.
Our goal was simple—but ambitious: An online space that brings together all design, advertising, and digital marketing services—structured, integrated, and fast.
There were plenty of challenges: no budget, no team, no steady clients. But we moved slowly, steadily, and kept going.
Today, Tarahi Online has delivered over 10,000 projects for 7,000 clients. That number isn’t just a stat—it’s a memory. Of days we tracked time manually… and nights we offered hours of support over a single print order.
Stepping Into Consulting: From Doing to Meaning
In the years that followed, I realized that just doing the work wasn’t enough. Most clients were lost— caught in a flood of tools and offers, not even sure what they really wanted.
Around 2016, I slowly stepped into consulting. First for old clients, then more seriously…
And I noticed something: The real questions leaders ask are things like: “Where am I?” “Where should I be going?” “With so many options, which one actually makes sense?”
Since then, consulting has become a big part of my life. I’ve worked alongside brands across different industries— some from scratch, some mid-crisis, some right at the edge of growth.
Structured Learning: Bahar Institute & 1,000+ Hours of Study
At the same time, a strong instinct woke up in me: If I want to truly be a good companion, I need to understand better—deeper, more clearly.
So I enrolled in advanced programs at Bahar Institute. Started with an MBA, then DBA, then moved into consulting and brand leadership courses…
More than 1,000 hours of classes, exercises, projects, and presentations. But more important than any certificate was the shift in perspective it gave me— how to think, not just what to say.
“MIKH”: Turning Stories into Sound
At some point, I felt the need to speak. Not as an “expert,” but simply as someone who’s been through things.
That’s how the MIKH podcast was born— to anchor real stories, through voice, in people’s minds. And now, episode by episode, it’s growing.
Today? Building a Human Ecosystem
These days, my focus is on creating something deeper: an evolved ecosystem. Together with an incredible team, we’re building KHAC— a multi-brand, human-centered, professional structure— designed not just to do things, but to think and create impact.
A wrap-up? Definitely not
This story’s still unfolding. I’m not at the end—and I’m nowhere near the peak.
I’m still learning. Still messing up. Still believing there’s a better way to build.
But one thing I know for sure: Everything begins with movement. With one small step. With saying, “Alright… I’ll give it a try.”
If you’ve read this far, thank you for walking alongside me.
