A quick intro about me
I’ve been walking the path of business growth and transformation for over 18 years—starting out as a freelancer in web design and advertising, and eventually launching Tarahi Online—a platform that, with an independent team and systematized structure, has delivered over 10,000 successful projects for more than 7,000 clients.
My background blends consulting, branding, system design, and digital development. Over the years, I’ve advised 300+ businesses and mentored over 100 professionals—many of whom are now specialists, managers, or entrepreneurs in their own right.
I’m a big believer in simple solutions that actually work. Whether I’m working with a major organization or a small startup team, my core question stays the same: How can we build better, understand deeper, and grow more humanely?
These days, my main focus is on growth consulting—helping businesses systemize, build stronger brands, and prepare their teams for the next stage. Along the way, I’ve developed platforms, created content, and built tools to make decision-making easier and more effective for leaders, teams, and fellow consultants.
At the heart of it all, what keeps me going is a simple drive: the joy of helping people grow.
And yes, I’m still learning—through people, projects, and experiences.

Hey, I’m Mehdi Khatiri. I’ve been writing, building, learning, failing, consulting, and rebuilding for years. But this—this is something else.
This isn’t your typical personal website. It’s a digital garden—a space where I plant and grow thoughts that aren’t fully formed yet, but are alive. Not to pitch myself. Not to sell you anything. Just to think out loud.
Everything I write here might evolve, grow, or even wither. Just like me. Just like any honest learning journey.
Why “garden”? Why “digital”?
Because if thoughts only live inside your head, they wilt. But when I write them down and publish them—even if they’re rough and half-baked—they breathe.
And anyone who wanders in here might stumble upon a new leaf, a fresh path, or an old idea seen from a different angle.
